Q 2: What are the advantages of advertising online?

A 2: Over 70% of people searching for real estate, do so online. When selling your property, take advantage of this statistic by placing a small classified ad in your newspaper advising people that more information and photos are available online by searching for your Property ID at www.propertylistings.com.au. By placing your ad online, you can have a description and up to 10 photographs of your property on display for very little cost.

Q 4: For what period of time can an ad be displayed?

A 4: Ads will expire 90 days after they are activated. It is recommended that once the property is Under Offer/Contract or Sold, you log in and modify your ad by selecting Yes in the Under Offer/Contract or SOLD fields to display the relevant sign on your ad or delete the ad to prevent being constantly inconvenienced by enquiring phone calls and emails.

Q 7: I don't seem to be getting any enquiries about my ad. What can I do?

A 7: Check the number of hits on your property. If the number is low compared to other properties in the same category, consider making changes to your ad. You may come up with a better title or you may consider buying some ad enhancement to entice visitors to click on your ad. Another very important factor could be the price. Check the pricing of similar properties.
